SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE OCCURRED
We are currently facing intermittent network issues which are affecting limited segments of the network, including some shared & dedicated servers. We are aware of the issue and the Network Team is investigating.
The problem has been identified with upstream Network Provider. We are working with them to investigate further.
The network appears stable again and we are monitoring closely.
We are performing an infrastructure upgrade on our Cloud-based Linux servers. Some clients may face downtime during this upgrade. The upgrade will be performed between 10:00 to 10:30 AM UTC on 26th February 2020, we apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
